This fabulously sweet 8-year-old (best guess) boy really has no reason to be. Our Mr. Magoo has a few things in common with his namesake and a few things not-so-much. He's definitely not super-wealthy and he's not particularly short-statured - for a cat. He is the most amazingly loving lap cat you could ever ask for! This guy is grateful to be inside and wants to show you that every day! He loves to be combed. He wants to hold your hand and guide you to pet him. You gotta love a man who knows what he wants and tells you exactly how he wants you to do it! He is, however, visually impaired and has had a life filled with unfortunate events, mostly the result of having been a non-feral kitty put through a feral kitty TNR program. Consequently, he has been forced to live a very hard life, and as he has gotten older he has been picked on rather mercilessly by the other cats in his neighborhood; hence the sad look in his eyes. We are determined to bring the light back and can already see it happening! A wonderful woman who does so much good for our community discovered him and made it her mission to try and find him help. We were glad to be able to help. He was suffering badly due to a very painful mouth condition that was easily remedied and he is now living the pain-free, pampered life he deserves in his foster home while he waits for a forever family of his very own to find him. We love him SO much and we are so lucky to have him. He is such a bundle of joy and makes our days so much better. Everything is going great with him and we love him so much!
