Boy does this amazing eight-year-old girl have a story! She was brought to a vet clinic by a very angry woman who had begrudgingly taken her from someone else years before. The woman brought her in to be euthanized. Contrary to popular belief, a vet doesn't have to euthanize an animal just because you tell them to. Fortunately for Tina, this vet refused and recognized that the issues Tina was having were very likely exacerbated due to the extreme stress of being in the home of a woman who hated her and wanted her dead. She had clearly been sick and in pain for a long time but had never received any treatment, only anger, and malice. I think I would probably be pretty stressed out by that too. So, the vet offered to take her from the woman (who said, basically, "fine, what do I care) and gave us a little time to find her a foster while she stayed at the hospital recovering. The next bit of kismet was that a very kind and rightfully concerned client was in the lobby observing this angry woman and her desire to have the cat put down. Once we assured her that this was not going to happen she breathed a sigh of relief and got to work helping to find Tina the perfect foster mom and she did!! These two women made it possible for us to save her! After a few more days in hospital, she went to her new foster home and she has not had one single issue ever since. She is off all medications and the only thing remaining is that she needs to be on prescription food. Her foster mom adores her but she doesn't get on well with the other kitty in the home, so we want to find Ms. Turner a home of her own where she can be loved and adored as she so deserves to be! She is sweet and fabulous and just a wonderful girl who will be a great friend to someone special, but that someone probably won't have other pets or young children. Update 1: They are both doing very well and are still so loving to each other. 

Update 2: We would love to foster but are afraid The Bolshevik Bengal and the Revolutionary Ragdoll would not tolerate them. The only time they get angry is if they see one of the local cats outside. (Are you sure they are Tudors? They do have a certain Russianness to them and are not afraid to take hostages!) They are delightfully gentle and kind with each other and us, just have zero tolerance for the neighbor cat.
